My wife generously agreed to demonstrate how they should be done and we show EXACTLY how to do them safely and effectively. What is unique about this program is that you don't need to buy any equipment and you can do it literally anywhere. In fact I show how to do the main exercises while on a camping trip! So you can finally get serious about adding a real and effective strength program to your wellness program.
