This is the revolutionary wellness program that combines the best of chronic stress reduction and advanced health strategies to help you succeed in Recovering Your Health while you Relieve Your Stress.   This program features The Shalom Method which is a unique integration of stress reduction strategies using body, mind and spirit at the same time.   While integrated health care is not unique, many of the strategies in this program are completely unique since they were created or refined by Dr Lang.  The most powerful stress reduction strategies available today are found only here. 

This is an ongoing membership program.    Our goal is to keep you engaged in the task of long term health through reduction and management of your chronic stess.   You will accomplish this through a combination of simple lifestyle choices and advanced stress reduction techniques.   While you will be able to pick up the most basic skills to reverse many chronic conditions including anxiety and other stress symptoms very quickly, you will have the opportunity to deepen your skills and deepen your ability to control the negative effects of stress the longer you belong to the program.  This is in essence a self guided comprehensive stress reduction program but almost all of the possible challenges that people have with stress have been anticipated in the teaching, as if you were there live. 

 Some people will want to be long term members of the program, others will get what they feel they need after a few months.  So we offer both yearly and monthly memberships.  You stay as long as you want, as long as the program is meeting your needs.   Our experience is that the best effects and results are seen if people stay involved in the program for at least 9 months.  Olympic sports psychologists described this 9 month mark for radical change many years ago.  They've discovered it takes about 9 months to build a habit you are unlikely to break.
