This site is the collection of three introductory videos that tell the story of why most people fail to lose weight and keep it off.   The videos reveal the answer:   most of us need to control chronic stress and heal self image scars to be able to lose weight and keep it off.   A wholistic wellness approach is presented as the best way to accomplish these goals and we actually do an exercise to show how quickly this works to decrease your stress.
